1. Wearable & tangible merchandise

All wearable and other tangible merchandise — including hats, visors, and stickers — can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

• Wearable items that have been worn cannot be returned unless there is a valid product defect or damage sustained during fulfillment or shipping.
• Other tangible items must not have been removed from their original packaging.

2. Non-wearable items

Sales are final on non-wearable items like coffee mugs and water bottles, unless there is a valid product defect or damage sustained during fulfillment or shipping.

3. Member plan fees

Due to the immediate availability of our service after purchase, all payments are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-creditable, as stated in our Terms of Service.
